Eligibility criteria

check_circle 14-Day Window: Inquiries must be logged within 14 calendar days from the date of package delivery.

check_circle Original Condition: Garments must be unworn during exercise, unwashed, free of chalk, sweat, cologne, and deodorant markings.

check_circle Packaging & Tags: All original tags, care labels, and matte zippered garment bags must be intact.

info Hygiene Exclusions: For personal hygiene reasons, athletic socks and underwear/under-garments cannot be exchanged or refunded once unsealed unless defective.

Refund processing & timing

Once the returned garment arrives at our Riyadh inspection hub, our quality control team verifies fabric integrity within 24 hours. Refunds are initiated immediately to your original payment method:

Mada & Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard): 3 to 7 business days depending on your issuing bank.
Apple Pay: Promptly credited back to the linked funding card.
Tabby & Tamara: Installment schedules are automatically cancelled and any paid installments are reversed.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Issued via domestic Saudi bank transfer (IBAN) or instant store credit code.
