You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed (trying them on for fit is fine!).
  • With original tags still attached.
  • In original packaging (especially for tactical gear and accessories).

2. How to Start a Return

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a new size or color is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the replacement item doesn’t sell out while your return is in transit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and socks (if the seal is broken).
  • Personalized or custom-engraved tactical gear.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
